Corey Rohleder: I don't think you need to plant an awarding winning garden but i would at least keep up with the regualr maintence (mowing, watering and weeding). I would think if you kept it presentable and focused on the repairs you'll be fine. If you wanted to do some minor work out there fine but I wouldn't go to crazy unless the yard is in total disrepair....Show more

Clemente Schoeck: I would only make sure the yard is in the same condition as when they signed the contract,if it was neatly cut and trimmed then that is what they would get... they can not expect you to improve your landscaping because they want it nicer...that is their job.
