Burt Stoecklin: okay here's my morning routine. I walk into the door and get my coffee first then I look and see if there are many coworkers around. If not go ahead and put up your things in your desk but if there are alot of coworkers, leave your things under your desk (opening and closing doors will distract them) try not to make alot of noise and NEVER talk about personal things on the phone. it annoys your neighborsmy environment I'd have to say is good.. I have pictures of my family taped to my walls, and my neighbors have their cubes decorated too. we all talk throughout the day, but we never distract eachother from work.
