Hitch a ride or take a cab to the closest Metro-Mover station (probably across the street from Bayside Marketplace.). Take the "Inner Loop" of the the free Metro-mover to "Government Center." (about 5 minutes) get off & pay $1.50 each to get on Metro-Rail. Take Metro! -Rail North to the "Tri-Rail Transfer Station." (about 20 minutes) Get off & buy tickets (presently $3.00 each) on Tr-Rail to Ft. Lauderdale Airport/Dania Beach station. (about 30 minutes) There, you take the free Airport shuttle bus to your terminal. (10 mins.) Total cost $4.50.Metro-mover runs about every 5-10 minutes. Metro-Rail runs every 10 minutes at rush hour & 20 minutes or so at other times. "Tri-rail" is a commuter line that runs on the half hour morning & afternoon; hour during mid-day; every two hours on weekends & not at all from about 10PM to 5AM. It's easy.
