can he sell my car legally?

Sharron Salin: the title is in my name, but he still holds onto it until i get the car paid off. he is just a leinholder

Elbert Donatelli: he can't do it. The dealer has no right on the vehicle. It's your asset, and the only one who can take it from you is the bank if you took out a loan. You can get the law involved.
