Too many non-earnings companies that made the blunders of accepting government help ended up being placed out of corporation as quickly as they did beca! use of the fact the government began making demands that they had no determination yet to conform. as quickly as a woman who lived interior the initiatives could make small lunches for the youngsters in her community because of the fact she needed to renowned they have been getting a minimum of one good meal an afternoon. somebody had the super theory of telling uncle sam approximately her, and that they got here to her door stressful that until she meets specific wellbeing code regulations, she could could stop and if she DID'NT stop, they could throw her out of her section 8 housing!...Show more

Ron Keliipio: School vouchers seems to be one o! f those issues where many people are either STRONGLY set in their position. I understand that those who send their kids to a PRIVATE school pay taxes, and are not receiving all of the benefit of those taxes since they turn around and pay for their own kids to be educated. I also have heard many examples of public schools having MAJOR issues. On the other hand, PUBLIC schools are just that. They accept EVERY kid in their boundaries, including the trouble makers and the expensive to teach special education students. Also, public schools are a government program, so why shouldn't they be the only ones that receive government money? So I can empathize with both sides to a degree. I want to know your opinions on:1) HOW MUCH should a voucher be? 2) Should families who HOME SCHOOL be compensated?and 3) If, under certain conditions you would support vouchers and under other conditions you would not, what might those conditions be?...Show more

Cherlyn Tefera: It's costing us $5k a year for our child that's in pre-k in a private school. I think vouchers should be $5k! If you have a child that is of school age, regardless of home schooling or private schooling, the family should get a voucher. If schools had to clean up their act to "earn" our business, public schools might straighten out!!I also get nuts about my property taxes paying for public schools, while people that RENT get a free ri! de on that. If they rent, they should be forced to pay a fee to get their kid in public school. I paid well over $4k in property taxes last year, and we don't even send our children to public schools. There are people with no kids, that own property, and they are supporting the school system while renters get a free ride....Show more
